BEI took over the DIRECTV account for the Fort Bend Count Sheriff’s office during a time when we needed to update all of our head-end equipment. We had continuous issues getting professional service and responsive scare. Since BEI became our account representative and equipment supplier we have had almost zero downtime and very open working relationship to meet any and all of our needs. If you are ever without cable in a jail or prison, it immediately changes the climate. Having limited downtime and service problems has been a very nice change.
